When paying by credit card, the customer's account will be debited at the time of booking. When paying by credit card, the customer informs the bank used by him, also at the time of booking, that in case of refusal of payment, he must provide, upon request by Jitari P Trans or a third party authorized by him, the name and full address at which the Jitari P Trans Group can collect his claims from the customer.
Bank fees and commissions associated with the refusal of payment by card are borne by the passenger. In addition, a cancellation fee may be charged. The passenger is given the opportunity to prove that the refusal of payment either reduces the costs or does not incur any costs. In case of refusal of payment, the customer may be temporarily or permanently blocked from paying by credit card.
After an unsuccessful payment order procedure carried out by Jitari P Trans, further processing of the file for recovery of claims is sent to an external service provider.
The customer is only entitled to compensation if his claims are legally justified, are not disputed or are not recognized by us. He also has a right of retention only if and to the extent that his request is based on the same contractual relationship.
If the customer is in arrears with us, all existing claims within the same contractual relationship are immediately due for payment.
The total price shown in the online shop may include payment fees associated with the third-party payment procedure you have selected and payable by you.
For customers who select a taxable payment method, a payment fee will be applied that corresponds to a percentage of the total value of the shopping cart. At least one free and commonly used payment method is available in each country.
The passenger has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing the purchase contract. The refusal must be notified in writing.
The operations carried out by Jitari P Trans within the framework of promotions carried out within the framework of marketing activities and the purchase of tickets at a reduced price are not limited.
Commercial use, especially the resale of tickets, is prohibited and is sanctioned by Jitari P Trans with the blocking of tickets and / or with a request for compensation for damages.
In case of fraud, attempted fraud or suspicion of other illegal activity in connection with the purchase of tickets, with their return and transfer, Jitari P Trans reserves the right to block the account of this customer and / or demand an alternative payment. or cancel these tickets. Jitari P Trans does not accept requests for recognition and refund of the tickets in question.

Cancellations can only be made by email jitari_p-trans@mail.ru or through partner agencies and ticket offices of Jitari P Trans no later than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. A round trip is considered a booking.
For each cancellation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total ticket price is charged per trip and per passenger.
In case of non-use of a ticket for a trip made by transport operators Jitari P Trans, the fare is not refunded unless the company is informed of the impossibility of using the purchased ticket. One ticket is created for each person and for each trip. If the conditions for reimbursement of the ticket cost are met, the request can be made within 3 days. It must be sent to Jitari P Trans to the email address jitari_p-trans@mail.ru. The processing fee will be reduced to 100 LEI.
All the above mentioned processing fees and any transfer fees are waived if the refund is requested due to circumstances for which Jitari P Trans is responsible. The ticket price, less any handling fees and possible transfer fees, will be refunded in full to the account specified by the customer when placing the order.
The competent jurisdiction for traders, legal entities and individuals who do not have general jurisdiction in the Republic of Moldova, as well as for persons who have moved from their usual place of residence or domicile abroad after the conclusion of the contract of carriage or whose usual place of residence or domicile is unknown at the time of filing a complaint, is Chisinau.
If certain provisions of these General and Special Conditions of Carriage are or become invalid in whole or in part, this will generally not affect the validity of the contract of carriage as a whole.

4. Payment for electronic tickets.

5. Confirmation of availability of an electronic ticket.
5.1 After payment, an electronic ticket is filled out, which will be sent to the e-mail address specified when filling out the data.
5.2 The electronic ticket is printed on paper.
6. Electronic ticket control
6.1 Electronic tickets are checked and confirmed by the bus driver and/or the ticket clerk upon boarding.
6.2 In case of non-use of the travel ticket (failure to present it upon boarding, interruption of the trip by the passenger), the travel contract is considered unilaterally terminated, and the travel document (ticket) is considered invalid for another trip.
6.3 It is prohibited to send an electronic ticket to third parties persons.
